Our service tech was prompt (arrived in about 15 min) and knowledgeable. He determined that we needed service, but it was not an emergency and then gave us a quote to replace our furnace as well as next steps. Great company. Thank you!

Ensar did a detailed maintenance on my heating system for the winter season. He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable! Bob Mims is a great service to have for heating and ac maintenance. He was sweet and professional. I wouldn't mind having him in my house to maintain my ac or heat again
