Very professional and very helpful
I called for my annual AC service and Angela helped to set up the appointment. She is very helpful! Ensar was the tech that came to service my unit. He arrived at the time I expected and explained the service he was providing on my AC unit. I highly recommend Bib Mims for heating and air conditioning services.
Our system is a Lennox HVAC that's about 12-14 years old with the indoor motor suddenly broken down causing the entire AC unit to not run.
Anthony was punctual, professional, and courteous throughout the service visit. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our unit, clearly explained what was wrong, outlined the necessary repairs, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was incredibly proactive, attentive, and made the entire process easy to understand. So much so, that we requested him back for the second day to do the final repair. Overall, we had a great experience with him and so far our system is running perfectly.
The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is the cost of the repair. The price was definitely quite high, especially considering the replacement part and labor, and the total didn't seem to align with our expectations. We requested an itemized breakdown of the service, replacement and repair costs but were told that wasn't possible. Being able to see how each charge contributed to the total would have provided greater transparency and likely made the cost easier to accept.
Additionally, it would be nice if customers had the option to purchase an extended warranty for replacement parts. A one-year warranty on a newly installed part feels somewhat limited, and having the choice to extend that coverage would provide greater peace of mind.
