It was time to replace our 65+ year old furnace, and after some research, we decided to go with Bob Mims Heating & Air Conditioning since they have such outstanding reviews, and so glad we did. Called to get an estimate, George M. came within an hour, he was extremely friendly, professional and courteous. He took his time to explain every detail for the replacement, answered all our questions, and upon excepting the proposal, he was able to get us a line of credit on an interest free 2 year payment plan which helped us tremendously. The removal of the old furnace and install of the new one went seamlessly. Anthony M., Richie and Matt showed up on time, were so respectful, efficient with the install and cleanup of the work area along with Joe and Pedro from Plaza Electric, and George M. continued to oversee the whole process. When finished, Anthony M., Richie and Matt took the time to go over all the functions of the new furnace to insure we knew it all and answered all our questions. We also appreciated the token gift we received from them for giving them the business, it was a very nice gesture and greatly appreciated. Also a shout out to the office for the efficient correspondences and also sending pictures and names of the technicians in advance so we knew who was coming. They have 5 star reviews because they are an outstanding business, we will definitely be using them again in the future if needed. Thanks to all for making this a pleasurable experience.

Five stars isn't enough for Bob Mims and their team. From the first phone call to the final handshake, the entire experience was exactly what you hope for when you're dealing with something as critical as a central AC repair in the middle of summer.

The communication was professional and responsive from the start. They set clear expectations upfront, followed through on every commitment, and made sure I always knew where things stood.

The technician they sent out, George, was outstanding. He arrived on time, got straight to work, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the problem in plain language, and had everything running again faster than I expected. He was clean, courteous, and treated my home with respect throughout the entire job.
