Furnace sensor repaired
Bob Mims is a professional and superb HVAC company. I have been using them for several years now and can honestly say they are very responsive when issues arise with your HVAC systems.
My latest saga began with a heating issue: I have two zones for heating in my house. Was having a problem with the upper zone not heating the entire second floor. Called Bob Mims as I have a service contract with them. They came out within 2 hours, same day. Fixed the problem quickly. Then a few days later my first floor unit was not turning on. This was on a Saturday evening around 5pm. Called Bob Mims again and a service tech(Glenn) called me back within 5 minutes and responded about ten minutes later. Fixed the issue and now everything working great. Highly recommend Bob Mims for HVAC.
Mike G. Arrived around 8 AM. He began the heating system check up, checking the two zones. He reported that the system was working fine, and gave us some recommendations we will definitely follow up on.
