Called around 5 pm to request a service for a central air conditioner which was not working in the middle of a July heatwave, problem was resolved by 10:30 am the next day. Everything was explained clearly. Permission was asked before anything was done. The technician was very pleasant, polite and professional. I can't think of any service better than this. It deserves more than five stars!
We have used Mims for many years. Their service has consistently been above reproach and we will continue to use them for all of our heating and air conditioning services.
George is an outstanding representative of Bob Mims. He's responsive, punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented.
