For starters, I had a major emergency due to a leak with my water heater. I spoke to Joanne at the office who was very friendly and informed that she could send a technician today. They asked me for the size of the water heater in case. Josh and Vinny came immediately and when they saw my unit, already knew it had to be replaced. They took the initiative of having the new water heater ready and installed it quickly. I thank them for working during these times and could not be more pleased. I had to write this review, I recommend 1,00%! Everyone was amazing.
Today I had my heating tune up. The two technicians who serviced my furnace, James and
Vincent, were punctual, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They taught me about replacing my filter, and even left instructions on how to replace it. It is so nice to deal with caring professionals who take their job seriously and treat the customer with respect.
Joshua and James were prompt on a Monday morning before the holidays to replace our water heater. Professional courteous and clean. Even configured our pipes for more efficiency!! Been a customer for over 30 years

I have an annual maintenance contract with Bob Mims for my Lennox furnace and central AC. Very happy with them. Vinny came today for a furnace maintenance and was very thorough and very good at explaining what he had done and why. Highly recommend

James M & Albert B installed my new A/C unit today. They were professional, did a neat,clean installation. They explained how to use the unit and left a happy customer.
