George M, the technician that usually covers my region is one of the reasons to make the service calls worth the expensive cost of Bob Mim's visits. George M will explain thoroughly any questions you have about your system, the reason why it broke down, and make you a better heat system owner. So credit goes to Bob Mim's for putting a team together that is capable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Note to any prospective client reading this: I replaced a 20+ year Weil-McLean system which never gave any problems, until it did! It was replaced in December 2022 and have had two service calls--one very expensive, as it was not covered by warranty. As I enter this review, I had a third call to deal with the expansion tank (manufactured by AMTROL) which in June 2025 had a **perfect circular perforation** of circa 2/16" in size. Another expensive service call! The frustration that Bob Mim's cannot provide warranties beyond a year after install will have you become mad with rage. So I suggest you get some home warranty insurance plans to cover your new boiler system as I am finding out the hard way that things are not being made as they used and no one is going to be your advocate about it.

We've worked with Bob Mims for over 25 years and only have great things to say about the company. This morning the technicians Mike and Kevin did our annual winter heating tune-up at both our home and rental property. They were super knowledgeable and trustworthy checking each boiler system very throughly for us, and very pleasant to work with. They definitely have an old-school work ethic of providing excellent customer service. We are very happy going into this winter with our heating system in tip top shape thanks to Mike and Kevin. This is a great local business which we highly recommend!
