The decision to go with Bob Mims for the replacement of my HVAC system was an easy one. Dominic's estimate gave me 4 options and he helped me choose the best system for us. He explained everything and made me feel confident that I'd made the right choice. Anthony and the installation crew showed up on time and did a great job. They were professional, clean and respectful, and Dominic even came by during the day to make sure things went as planned. After the installation we had a problem running the system in HEAT mode. I'm happy to say that Anthony D. quickly found and solved the problem. He's a great guy and the company and its customers are lucky to have him working for them.
We've been using Bob Mims for years and they have always been a reliable and dependable service provider for our heating system. The office always picks up the phone and service is prompt and efficient. Anthony and Glen are great. They're honest and knowledgeable and always do their best to make sure we're happy and satisfied.
