So I originally put a one star based on my conversation with my father who was there with the repair technician. Knowing my father he can jump the gun and sent the technician home after he gave his recommendation. My father payed him for his time and told me he was going to get a second opinion because he didn't want to pay more for testing. Turns out the technician was correct the whole time with his suggestion. I was very upset to hear that he was correct and was upset at my father for not going through with this respectable company.My father ended up paying almost the same as what he would have payed with this company. I had to update my review to reflect what actually happened. The technicians name was Anthony D and he was correct the whole time. I am confident to be using this company again.

We had a persistent problem with a shrill whistling noise that previous technicians could not tackle. Angelo gave it thought, tried a few things, did some surgery and pretty much solved the problem! Bob Mims should be pleased and proud to have Angelo on staff.
