As per usual Glen went out of his way. My appointment was on Monday, but he called and said he would come by on Saturday. Checked and diagnosed the issue. Always a pleasure dealing with him and Bob Mims.
My experience today, 5/7/25 with Angelo was terrific. He arrived on time and performed the annual maintenance check up for the system. He is professional and knowledgeable as well as courteous.

Angelo was on time and completed the service promptly and efficiently. He answered my questions and was very cordial and professional
Excellent technician Mike G efficiently cleaned our two split units including washing the filters and testing both to make sure they were working properly
He then checked our central air unit and told us the capacitor was failing He replaced that part to insure our central air would be working during the summer cooling period He salso checked our furnace to make sure they were working fan and other electrical systems Very thorough service call Highly recommend Bob Mims
Mike G was very thorough. He explained the whole process of tuning up the air conditioning unit. He's excellent! I've had him here before. Great service and professionalism.
