Josh came pretty quickly after booking an appointment. After diagnostic of the problem, he came back with the necessary parts and additional help. They kept me updated with the progress and got the job done expeditiously. Thumbs up to the crew!
The team was highly professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with our furnace. Bob Mims gave excellent service. Call to let me know when they would be arriving. Was a little delay about 10 minutes from scheduled appointment. But that's OK after all you gotta account for traffic. Dominic, their sales rep answered all my questions and gave all the details as to what was needed to complete my job.
Faster than Speedy McQueen. Noticed my hot water heater had a new rust drip mark on side of the tank. Contacted Bob Mims through their website, they were at my home in less than 20 minutes. Mim's tech will be installing a new system in less than two hours. Couldn't be happier with the service.
