I've been using Bob Mims for years. Appreciate all their technicians that have been to my house. They work hard and are knowledgeable. Josh S came today to perform preventative maintenance on my system. He did a great job and was thorough. Thank you, Josh and Bob Mims!!!!

Excellent technician Mike G efficiently cleaned our two split units including washing the filters and testing both to make sure they were working properly
He then checked our central air unit and told us the capacitor was failing He replaced that part to insure our central air would be working during the summer cooling period He salso checked our furnace to make sure they were working fan and other electrical systems Very thorough service call Highly recommend Bob Mims
