We are very happy with the services we receive from Bob Mims. It starts at the first phone call to the office where my concerns are addressed. From making an appointment for the twice yearly maintenance checkups to needing their help with a recent leaking water heater, 2 days before Christmas to hearing humming noices in my heater, their help has been quick. The technicians are courteous and helpful with my many questions. Thank you again.

My heat wasn't working on one of the coldest days in December. Bob Mims was quick to respond to my call for emergency services. They scheduled a service person to inspect the problem within an hour. I received text notifications and a picture of the person who would be coming to my house. George M. arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and he fixed our heat!! Thank you George and Bob Mims staff.

Excellent service. Our heat kicked out over night and they were at the house within 15 minutes of our call. Josh was great! He took the time to explain everything and worked with our home service company for reimbursement. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Anthony and Austin from Bob Mimms just finished my hot water heater installation and I am very pleased with the prompt response to my emergency and their professional and friendly demeanor. I am very pleased with my AC Smith Proline hot water heater performance and model. I thought I would be stuck without hot water for the weekend, but they had the forethought to bring a replacement to get the install done the same day.
Anthony & Austin explained all the nuances of the operation of relighting the pilot if necessary, the 6 year warranty and replaced the bad valves on the water pipes.
