Bob Mims gave excellent service. Call to let me know when they would be arriving. Was a little delay about 10 minutes from scheduled appointment. But that's OK after all you gotta account for traffic. Dominic, their sales rep answered all my questions and gave all the details as to what was needed to complete my job.
Faster than Speedy McQueen. Noticed my hot water heater had a new rust drip mark on side of the tank. Contacted Bob Mims through their website, they were at my home in less than 20 minutes. Mim's tech will be installing a new system in less than two hours. Couldn't be happier with the service.

I'm just gonna say I was very happy with the response I got from your company the sent me a photo of the person that would be at my front door , plus when he arrived he went straight to the problem! It was trouble with my control that was on program to change overnight to a lower temperature in the morning, in short they showed me how to make the temperature not change, they also did a quick check on my main heating system! Thanks!
