Bob Mims replaced my HVAC 3 months ago. It was a pleasant experience, from the initial call with Angela, then the appraisal meeting with Dominic, who took time to patiently answer all my questions and address the concerns, to the day Richard and the team came and did a great job. Everything was done in a timely manner, efficiently, with good work ethics. Then, several days later, the sweet surprise gift came by mail... Thank you, Bob Mims, so much!

My experience with Bob Mims Heating & Air Conditioning was great from start to finish. Angela set me up with the appointment for estimate. Dominic was next up with my estimate. Glen and Crew came by and did the work on my radiator and boiler. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and respectful. They did a great job and I will be using Bob Mims again. Thank You!
