Technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
The technician Mike was knowledgeable and pleasant. He found the issue with my AC immediately when he checked the air handler. Mike also checked my outdoor condenser and the refrigerant lines for the central air conditioning. The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. The central air conditioning is now working properly. Thank you Mike and the company Bob Mims. You did a great job Mike!

We have been dealing with other companies for our CAC system. This technician knew exactly what the issue was. Fixed it within 20 minutes. We are signing up for the service plan now.
