A bit on the expensive side, but service is usually quick. All the repairmen are courteous, respectful and explain what they are doing.

Josh and his partner were unbelievably professional and courteous. No question was stupid they were patient and did the work with. Kindness and support of the customer. Additionally, I highly thanks for company for providing a photo of him prior to him showing up. I would recommend this company to friends and family.
My nest thermostat wasn't working last night causing the heat to go off. I called Bob Mims and they were here first thing this morning and fixed the problem.
