Recently had a water heater issue and Michael G. came by and assessed the problem and took care of it. Very professional, fully explained the work that was being done and was a big help. I have been a Bob Mims customer for years for my heating and cooling maintenance and they always do an amazing job!
Mike came to my home on Great Kills Rd on time and extremely polite and professional, he quickly diagnosed my a/c problem and installed a new part at a reasonable price , he cleaned up and removed the old part extremely well and left the job running perfectly.
