Joshua, the tech is always On time, professional, neat and clean work space, and friendly. He has been doing our heating and AC maintenance for a few years now. It is always a pleasure to see him. He is truly an asset to the Bob Mims family.
Josh was on time and professional. He cleaned the unit abs made suggestions. He was also good with my pups. Lastly, efficient service.

The repairman Glen was extremely courteous and was able to ascertain the problem I called about and prevented a further problem of no heat due to reverse polarity and a problem caused by Con Edison outside of my residence.

George was the technician who helped us today. My friend recently acquired a new home and he was compassionate, thorough, experienced and friendly. The service was outstanding! George spent time correcting the issue and speaking with the family. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend them!
