I had a very good experience with this company. It was a significant installation. They were prompt, efficient, neat, professional and delivered what I needed on time and on budget. George from the support department came on an assessment visit and was helpful, direct, and candid. Thereafter, the installation team (James, Albert, Rich, Anthony) were efficient, helpful, fast, neat, and courteous. Recommend strongly.
Company cares deeply about customer base. Technicians strive to be the best at what they do.
We had no heat on Sunday. We were not their customers and yet they came in 1 hour to help us out because it was very cold.
After seeing the incredible work we decided to have them replace the whole heating unit.
They were so clean and treated our home as if it's was their's.
Anthony, James, Albert and Richie were the nicest guys and very professional. They Came right on time and left my house just as clean as when they found it.

I have been a customer of Bob Mims fro over 20 years and they are one of the most professional businesses with which have ever used. Unbelievably wonderful in ALL aspects--I would strongly recommend them to anyone--there should be more than 5 stars-- 10+ at least
