The repairman Glen was extremely courteous and was able to ascertain the problem I called about and prevented a further problem of no heat due to reverse polarity and a problem caused by Con Edison outside of my residence.

George was the technician who helped us today. My friend recently acquired a new home and he was compassionate, thorough, experienced and friendly. The service was outstanding!
