Today I had my air conditioner maintenance done. I have to say that Vinny the technician went above and beyond servicing this equipment. He addressed things that not every technician has addressed. Very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Totally recommend his service.

My experience with Bob Mims starts with the call to the office. In over 20 years, I have been treated courteously and in a timely manner. I always ask many questions about my heating and air conditioning systems as they are a necessity in my home. The technicians answer and explain what they are doing when the units are being serviced. I am happy with the company.

I can't say enough good things about this company. We called for emergency service for my inlaws furnace and they came the same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem at a fair price! The technician George and his helper were friendly and knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. We even ended up purchasing an annual service protection plan for peace of mind.
