Not only did was the technician on time, he was early, and fixed my problem within 30 minutes. No new unit, just a couple parts and done. I will be calling Bob Sims for my HVAC needs going forward l!

Technician Glenn M visited me today for a A/C service call regarding a couple of minor systems issues. This was not Glenn's first visit here; as usual, he was outstanding and an immense help in addressing and correcting the issues. He's a competent, qualified, pro and deserves five stars.
Joanne answered the phone, very knowledgeable, she identified our problem with the my ac unit, set us up for service and the guy came on time! He cleaned and serviced our unit so good, started blowing much - we decided to set up a regular service!
