Tech very knowledgeable and polite.
I spent the night with no heat on in the house during outside temperatures in the teens. You can imagine my reaction when Josh showed up the next day (Sunday!) early. He went right to work, identified the problem replaced the part and I had heat 30 min later! Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

Discussing whether to have a new furnace installed
Glen M is super excellent ambassador for Bob Mims. He has serviced the equipment in my home a number of times and each time has done an excellent repair. This last visit he had to walk through 15 inch drifts snow and squeeze behind snow covered shrubs to access the furnace vent and fresh air intake to solve the problem.
