There's a reason I keep coming back to them. While not the cheapest around, they are always professional and get the job done. I haven't been as lucky with the other guys I've hired over the years.

The internal filter was a surprise but obviously needed replacing. The charge of $53 was more of a surprise. I have contract with you. I can understand the external filter being my responsibility but the internal should be included in my contract. Beyond that, you just indicated a 20% discount which I did not see on the purchase.
I would appreciate an explanation.
