My heating unit went out early this morning, and I called Bob Mims at 7am. Their technician George showed up at noon as promised, diagnosed the issue and had the unit fully repaired by 1 PM. The responsiveness and professionalism were outstanding. George is knowledgeable, courteous, and both he and Bob Mims made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend them for fast and reliable service, especially if you need help in a pinch!

Bob Mims is the best in heating & air-conditioning and their service is impeccable....their technicians are friendly & knowledgeable and dealing with them is a pleasure. They are quick to respond especially to emergency situations...our last technician was a gem.
